At MOONDAY, we strive to provide our customers with an efficient and satisfying online shopping experience. Our Shipping Policy aims to provide transparency and clarity regarding the delivery services we offer. Please carefully review the following terms and conditions:
**Coverage Areas:**
We offer shipping within the United States, Canada, Europe and Central America. If your address is outside of these areas, unfortunately we will not be able to process your order at this time.
**Shipping Rates:**
Shipping rates are calculated automatically during checkout, depending on the delivery location and the weight of the product. We offer free shipping to all selected areas; however, for Europe, the VAT corresponding to the country will be charged. All fees are clearly displayed before completing the purchase.
**Order Processing:**
Orders will be processed within 2 business days of confirmation. Please note that orders placed after 9:00 PM -6GMT will be processed the next business day.
**Delivery Time:**
Estimated delivery time is 15-20 business days from order confirmation. This period may vary depending on delivery location and product availability.
**Shipping Tracking:**
We provide tracking numbers for all orders. You can track your package using the link provided in the order confirmation email.
**Delivery Address:**
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct delivery address. MOONDAY is not responsible for shipments delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
**Failed Deliveries:**
In case of a failed delivery due to the absence of the recipient, we will attempt a second delivery . After two failed attempts, the customer will be responsible for picking up the package at the specified pickup location as indicated on the delivery notification.
**Shipping Problems:**
If you experience any problems with your shipment, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so we can resolve the situation quickly and effectively.
**Changes to Policy:**
We reserve the right to make changes to this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
